Eligibility
Who can invest in USH? Who can redeem? Who can trade it?
To be eligible to acquire, redeem, or trade USH, you (or your organization, depending upon who is investing) must NOT be located, organized, or a resident in any of the following locations:
The United States (including its possessions and territories), United Kingdom or Canada
Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria
Albania, Barbados, Belarus, Cambodia, Colombia, Haiti, Jamaica, Japan, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen
Any African country except Mauritius and South Africa
Any countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States
Any country, territory or geographical region which is itself the subject or target of any territory-wide sanctions
Furthermore, except for the US and UK, citizens of any of the above countries are also ineligible, regardless of residence. (Example: If you are a Kenyan citizen, you are not eligible; but if you are a UK citizen living in France, you are eligible.)
To invest in or redeem USH through Truly, you must complete our onboarding process, which includes our standard Know Your Customer (KYC/B) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
You do not need to onboard with Truly to buy or sell USH on secondary markets. Any secondary market transfers must be made in compliance with US and local securities rules.
Are there any other ways to acquire USH?
On-chain liquidity may be available on Ethereum.
