Asset Origination and Servicing: We partner for the acquisition and custody of HEI assets. Further, we use institutional servicers and sub-servicers to ensure quality and maximize returns.

Administrative Partners: We partner trustees and other third-party governance teams to ensure full transparency with respect to the assets managed for investors.

Audits: We undergo regular audits to ensure the safety of the assets we are entrusted with, including financial, information security, and smart contract audits.

Legal: We created our conservative legal approach working with counsel in both the United States and Virgin Islands (BVI). We’ve been laser-focused on delivering a compliant, accessible tokenized real estate product because we believe that only through a conservative regulatory approach can we build a sustainable product that brings long term value to investors.
