What is USH?

USH (U.S. Housing Fund) is a Token secured by home equity investment (HEI) assets. USH is accessible to non-U.S. individuals and institutional investors and is designed to combine the accessibility of the blockchain with the returns of U.S. residential real estate.

Because USH has been built as a compliant permissionless product, there are some limitations. While the Token may be transferred in a permissionless manner, transactions for USH with Truly and its ecosystem may only occur with KYC’ed individuals who have also passed anti-money laundering (AML) checks and other requirements. Further, we can only make banking transactions with non-U.S. banks.
