Using USH

I. Onboarding:

To onboard, investors must complete our KYC process, share the wallet address where they would like to receive USH, and complete the appropriate paperwork. (For investors who hold notes with our issuing entity directly, their notes are recorded.)

II. Investing:

Once onboarding is complete, you may invest at any time. At that point, you may send USDC at any time. (Often, onboarding will be completed simultaneously with you sending funds for your first investment.) Your investment is immediately deployed and begins benefiting from the returns of the vehicle.

III. Repurchase:

You may offer your Tokens to us for repurchase, and we may offer to repurchase Tokens. Repurchases for USDC may be done for any amount, if offered.
